Before: Sub-floor fully prepped for an unbonded specialist screed system to meet strict minimum depth requirements.
After: Specialist screed installed with accuracy, delivering a strong, level base for the building’s redevelopment.

Solihull – UFH & Liquid Screed for Open-Plan Kitchen Extension
Our team fitted a tailored underfloor heating system for this home extension, carefully mapping the layout to avoid areas where new kitchen units and appliances will sit. Once installed and tested, the system was completed with a smooth, level liquid screed pour ready for the kitchen fit-out.

We carried out complete floor prep and poured a high-performance liquid screed throughout the showroom, ensuring a durable, level surface suitable for high footfall and display areas.

Warwick – Heating & Screeding for Home Renovation
This domestic project involved cleaning and priming the sub-floor before applying a bonded specialist screed due to limited depth. Once prepared, we completed the underfloor heating layout and finished the job with a fast-drying liquid screed for a strong, level base.
