Standard Liquid Screed (Topflow Screed A)
Our go-to screed for most domestic and commercial installations. Made using a fluid, pump-applied anhydrite binder, this screed offers a smooth, level finish and allows large areas to be completed quickly — often up to 2,000m² in a single day. Its reduced thickness and excellent flow make it the ideal choice for underfloor heating systems, providing strong thermal performance and a highly consistent finish.
Fast-Drying Screed (FD)
When time is tight, our fast-drying FD screed is the perfect solution. Engineered to accelerate moisture release, it significantly reduces waiting times before floor coverings can be installed. This makes it ideal for renovation projects, commercial fit-outs, or any situation where speed is essential without compromising on strength or quality.
Thermio®+
Thermio®+ is specifically designed for low-temperature underfloor heating systems and offers guaranteed thermal performance. With exceptional heat diffusion and up to 80% faster heat-up speed compared to traditional screeds, it delivers improved comfort, greater energy efficiency, and more responsive temperature control. Thermio®+ maximises the performance of modern boilers and heat pumps, helping to reduce energy usage and running costs.
Excelio® (Specialist Thin Screed)
Excelio® is a high-performance thin screed designed for projects where build-up height is limited. Applied from just 12mm, it bridges the gap between standard flowing screeds and self-smoothing compounds. Delivered ready-mixed and pump-applied for a flawless finish, Excelio® is ideal for refurbishments, uneven substrates, or areas requiring a strong, durable screed at minimal depth.
